Living Radiant means life moves through me easily. Expression becomes luminosity, and joy becomes the glow that others can feel.
Stress + Dissatisfaction = Disgruntled
When energy builds with nowhere to go, it becomes disgruntled—tight, restless, uneasy. It’s life pressing at the edges, asking to move.
Restraint + Vitality = Express → Joyful
Expression is how energy finds rhythm again. It’s not explosion; it’s release through honesty and creativity. When I express, pressure becomes power. Each word, movement, or song opens a channel for joy.
Stillness + Bliss = Radiant
When the pressure softens, joy arises naturally. Joy is the quiet thrill of being alive without needing a reason. From joy comes radiance—light that shines from within without trying to impress or prove.
When I feel disgruntled, I express and become joyful so I live radiant.
