Official Declaration Of Jena Michelle Smith-Stagner-Hurst

Today marks day 1216 since Steve Brooks, The Lacey Fire Chief, arrived at my house uninvited leading to the events that took place on 7/6/22 and what led to me experiencing an near-death experience (NDE) on 7/7/2022.

It is aligned for me to create this today and I sit down to write what is able to pour out of me while in an extreme panic attack which is what everyday on repeat has been for me since July 2022.

I waited close to two months before I began to speak about what happened to me at which point I was served this protection order which I had to pay $5,000 to defend myself as Judge Sam Meyers would not take what I said seriously and told Steve Brooks during my hearing that it would be more like a defamation case he needs to look into.

I have received a letter from Budd Bay Law that has requested I no longer speak about this and live in fear of whatever they plan to do next to stop me from sharing what happened to me. I will not be silence or stopped and believe my story will change the world for others who have been harmed by those in privilege and power and forced into silence against their will.

I battle extreme PTSD and currently shaking as I write this as I am now officially fully disabled due to the mistreatment of Steve Brooks and believe that what happened to me fits the RCW of kidnapping and worked so hard to get justice for what happened to me and never got the help I truly needed to get justice.

I live in a world where Jesus is King and rules and reigns and Heaven on Earth is here as it’s always been.

Jesus led the way in this and I am here to continue his mission of declaring heaven on earth is here even if I’m the only one who still believes him 2000 years later. My story may be wild to you and it’s normal to me.

I pray for the day Steve and Lee Brooks live their faith as a real thing and be the peacemakers they trained me to be. They were religious cult leaders over me in 2008-2015 and when they arrived to my home 7/6/2022 the first thing they said upon arriving was “We’ve been watching you run away from Jesus online” … if that is not enough proof for you.

You can ask Jessica Klonis who says she loves and lives for Jesus too who will not longer speak to me also. Who told me when I called her after my NDE that she was telling Lee Brooks on the phone that I love Jesus when they were at my house before crisis responders arrived. I would love to tell my full story and the PTSD from being psychologically tortured to the point of death causes me to currently be stuck in the experience of what happened to me on 7/6-7/7 due to the involvement of Steve Brooks.

I was in need of medical attention after a medical procedure left my body stuck in an energetic release (which I experienced as an orgasm at first and then later culminated into what I experienced as a heart attack in the psych ward) and when I fell to the ground crying out for help the dragged and threw me locking me down in a boxed room which I had no clue where I was which was used against me as I was deceptively led into a psych box under the supervision of the off-duty Lacey Fire Department Fire Chief, Steve Brooks.

As I left my house under the pre-tense of seeing a doctor.

I was taken to a mental health hospital and then told “Steve friend has a room for you” .. at which point I was led into an ambulance he arranged while off duty, which I have confirmed via text from Lee Brooks, and then deceptively led into a psych box with no information and when I was facing a medical crisis they would not take me seriously which led me to experiencing extreme psychologicall torture as no one told me where I was or when I would get out.

I hadn’t slept for 3 days when I asked my tenant who lived in my basement at the time to call 911. She called and Mason County would not come out to see me. It was Jessica Klonis online who was “concerned” for me when I shared about a mystical experience who called Steve Brooks to tell them, and again they had no been apart of my life since 2015. Jessica also called my sister who got my mom involved, and told Jessica to tell them to not come over.

Either Jessica did not tell them this or they did not listen to what she had to say.

I am still trying to piece together the entire story of what happened to me as 12 different people were involved in my wrongful involuntary commitment while having a medical emergency that results in a natural mystical experience, or what could be seen as an altered state of consciousness. I was not taken to the county I resided in for services and instead taken by Steve Brook, the Lacey Fire Chief, to a facility in Thurston County. Where I was informed “Steve’s friend as a room for you” which at this time I believe to be the driver of the ambulance they put me in as far as I’ve been able to gather.

I spend every day trying to heal enough to take this on again as investigating what led to an NDE alone has been like investigating your own murder with no one believing you as you’re still alive. I have so much more to share and at this time this is all of the torment I can take talking about my story on repeat for another day.

Again today marks 1216 and so if you read this and are open to supporting me please comment below so I can know I’m not along and begin to find those who are able and willing to truly support me in standing up against the powers and principalities that have no power over me. I stand in the full dominion power and authority of Jesus Christ friends!

You ready for heaven on earth to begin! I believe it started with me 7/4/22 and I believe we are simply connecting with the eternal story that started with the beginning of time. I know heaven on earth is here and for most Christians this is blasphamous and demonic. Due to that Jesus has been more like my #1 abuser than the God that he truly is. The one and only. And because of my experience and being deceptively led by Religous Christians to what I experience to my death with 144k followers on TikTok at the time. I tend to rock some strong Jesus 2.0 vibes so I pray you are ready for that!

Nothing can or will stop me. I just want to use what I’ve learned over the past 2.5 years to find people who are being harmed under religious and/or governmental motivations to put a stop to it and use The United States Government to enact our inalienable rights as American Citizens.

And due to the Declaration linked above being read by Judge Sam Meyer as part of my protection order and then choosing to keep in the protection order for one additional week I do not believe I had access to my first amendment rights without saying something Steve Brooks would perceive as a threat and be used against me in the court of law potentially violating my protection order.

I do not see my first amendment taken away until AFTER the fact Judge Sam Meyer read the declaration above and chose to keep in the wrongful protection order too. With that, I considered staying in the protection order seeing that I am of no threat and would not see any issue with it existing. However the order stated IF they perceive a threat and take me to court their legal fees were my responsibility which is why I had to fight against it.

And I’ll leave you with this.

After reading ALL of this. Steve and Lee Brooks were religious leaders over me in 2008-2015 while part of Mars Hill Church which was a religious organization that collapsed in a day and Christianity Today has an entire podcast on this.

If you take all of that, and see that 7/6/22, seven years since I was intimately connected with both Lee & Steve Brooks, why are they arriving to my house when I have experiencing either a mental or medical crisis. AND why are they putting ME in a protection order.

So let me ask you this.. If the very people who involved themselves in my crisis were granted a protection from me, and we both love Jesus, why are we all not able to speak directly and resolve this outside of the court system?

I believe there is a reason they want to avoid and silence me that they are not even connected to. Fear is a powerful drug for religious leaders while their Jesus defeated satan/sin/evil/death I have experienced religious leaders being the most committed to keeping the very thing alive. Again I stand on the full power dominion and authority of Christ and ask this additional question.

Why did Steve & Lee Brooks feel motivated to put me in a protection order when the majority of what I said was included in my official declaration?
